What counts as a like-for-like quote
We compare prices for the same service, done in the same time, with the same costs included. A quote qualifies when all of these are true:
- It is written. An email, PDF or WhatsApp message, or a price currently on their website. It must be dated within the last 14 days, or still valid.
- It is from a registered South African business that we can contact.
- It is for the same job: a DIRCO apostille of the same documents, the same number of documents, for the same country.
- It is just as fast. The provider promises in writing to finish within 10 working days or less. Quotes for the standard DIRCO queue, which takes weeks, do not qualify.
- It is a final price. It includes VAT (if they charge it), the DIRCO government fee and courier within South Africa. If something is missing, we add it before we compare: 15% VAT if they are VAT-registered, and R250 for local courier.
- It works out to R1,350 or more per document after those additions. Our guarantee price never goes below R1,250 per document.
- It is a normal price, not a once-off promotion, coupon or bundle with another service.

How to claim
- 1. Send the quote before you pay. Send it to us on WhatsApp with your documents and the destination country.
- 2. We check it. We check it against the conditions above. We may contact the other provider to confirm it.
- 3. We confirm your price in writing. We aim to do this within one working day.
- 4. You pay and we start. Your apostille follows our normal process: about one week, with courier in South Africa included.
What it does not cover
- High Court apostilles, notary work, embassy attestation, translations, Home Affairs certificates, police clearances, SAQA and Umalusi.
- International courier.
- Orders that have already been paid.
- Customers outside South Africa. Overseas orders are priced separately.
- It cannot be combined with any other discount or offer. If our own quote is already lower than theirs, for example with our discount on several documents, you pay our quote.

No. The guarantee is for DIRCO apostilles only. It does not cover High Court apostilles, notary work, embassy attestation, translations, Home Affairs certificates, police clearances, SAQA or Umalusi, or international courier.
We aim to confirm your price in writing within one working day of receiving the quote. If we need to check the quote with the other provider, we will tell you.
Terms
- This guarantee is offered by Easy Services Group (Pty) Ltd from 29 October 2026, under our Terms of Service.
- The other quote must meet every condition on this page. If we cannot verify a quote, the guarantee does not apply, and we will tell you why.
- We beat a qualifying quote by R100 on the total for the same documents. The price will not go below R1,250 per document.
- We may change or end this guarantee for new quotes by updating this page. A price we have already confirmed to you in writing stays valid for 14 days.
