2. Services Offered
Easy Services Group provides the following professional services:
- Notary Services: Document notarisation, affidavits, powers of attorney, certified copies, and mobile notary services
- Apostille Services: DIRCO apostille, High Court authentication, embassy legalisation, and document authentication for international use
- CIPC Services: Company registration, amendments, annual returns, and business compliance documentation
- Document Procurement: Birth certificates, marriage certificates, police clearance certificates, and other civil documents
3. Client Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
- Submit authentic and valid documents for processing
- Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documentation
- Pay all applicable fees as quoted and agreed upon
- Comply with all applicable South African laws and regulations
- Not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes
4. Pricing and Payment
All service fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to the following terms:
- Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified
- Payment is required in advance or as per the agreed payment terms
- Additional fees may apply for expedited services, courier delivery, or unforeseen complications
- Government fees (DIRCO, High Court, CIPC, etc.) are subject to change without notice
- We accept EFT, credit card, and other payment methods as specified
5. Turnaround Times
While we strive to complete all services within the estimated timeframes provided:
- Turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees
- Processing times depend on government departments, courts, and third-party agencies
- Delays may occur due to incomplete documentation, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control
- We will communicate any significant delays as soon as we become aware of them
6. Document Handling
Regarding your documents:
- We handle all documents with care and confidentiality
- Original documents are returned via secure courier or collection as agreed
- We are not responsible for documents lost or damaged by third-party courier services after dispatch
- Clients should retain copies of all documents submitted
- We recommend using tracked and insured courier services for valuable documents
7. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
- Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Government fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable
- If we are unable to complete a service due to reasons within our control, we will offer a full or partial refund as appropriate
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
- Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by government departments or third parties
- We do not guarantee the outcome of any application submitted to government bodies
- We are not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by clients
