Get a free quote in under 2 minutes. Speak directly to an apostille specialist via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
Typically 5-10 working days from request. Sometimes longer in busy periods (December-January, July). Apply early.
DIRCO requires the original printed letter with HPCSA's wet signature and seal. If HPCSA has only sent you a digital version, request a printed original.
On a per-case basis we can help with the application — you'll still need to authorise it, but we handle the form and submission. Contact us via WhatsApp.
DIRCO Apostille: R1,650. Full embassy attestation: R3,150. Plus HPCSA's own letter-issuing fee (paid to HPCSA directly, currently a few hundred Rand).
UK GMC for doctors, UK GDC for dentists, UK HCPC for allied health, UK NMC for nurses (which is SANC, not HPCSA). All need apostilled Letters of Good Standing. We can produce all four types in one workflow if your family includes mixed professions.
